Our Story Since 1974

HCP Long Island was founded to provide a unified advocacy voice for the region's first home care providers, ensuring excellence in patient care through collaboration.

The chapter expanded its reach, launching specialized professional education curricula and robust advocacy programs that helped shape public policy across New York State.
